In a world that's tech-driven where customer expectations shift rapidly, immersive and continually updated training is a must for those operating in the UX industry. Therefore, it's with utmost excitement that I share news of these exceptional, multifaceted training courses available from September 14 - 27, 2024. Designed for UX professionals eager to improve their craft, these courses prioritize: - Extended focus on UX best practices following justified, relevant case studies. - Constructing a sustainable skillset on effective UX design strategies. - Achieving a commendable combination of theory and experiential learning methods. By immersing oneself in these comprehensive training modules, practitioners would gain practical insights into optimizing data, technology, and creativity towards creating distinct, beautiful, yet useful designs. More so, this learning opportunity affords an in-depth exposure to UX design's dynamics and navigation in an era of evolving tech dependencies. Given this, my prediction is that completion of these robust training courses will heighten the transformative impact applied UX design practices could have on businesses. These benefits could include but are not limited to: - Increased customer satisfaction rates. - Enhanced user engagement through a fine-tuned user interface. - Data-driven design decisions facilitating improved conversion rates. In these rapidly changing times, continued learning and skill-building infuse practitioners with the prowess to stay ahead of the curve, assuring us of a more inclusive, user-centered, and value-defining digital environment. Let's maximize such opportunities to foster growth within our communities. Professionalism in design, after all, is a relentlessly ongoing pursuit. #UXDesign #ProfessionalDevelopment #CustomerExperience #ContinuousLearning

This course is a great resource for beginner UX designers who don't have experience with how things work in a company. It provides guidance with hands-on experience, allowing you to build your portfolio project as you learn. Here are the key things I learned from this course: Conducting UX research interviews. Creating empathy maps. Building user personas. Developing user journey maps (and how they help identify edge cases in advance). Identifying user pain points. Writing user stories. Crafting problem statements. Formulating hypothesis statements. Defining goal statements. Determining value propositions. Performing competitive audits. The ideation phase (using "How might we" questions and the "Crazy Eight" sketching method). Almost everything in the course is structured with frameworks, making it even easier for beginners. #uxdesign #coursera #certificate #uiuxdesign

I'm happy to share that I’ve achieved my new UX-PM 1 certification from UXalliance - in partnership with Tangível. It was great to look back at UX design and research concepts and realize that getting the basics right always makes a difference. Those days were filled with a lot of learning and valuable exchanges that I will carry into my daily work. Many thanks to the entire team of trainers and support staff who made this training so enriching. Thanks also to Hyphen Digital Experience for the opportunity. 😎 Looking forward to applying these skills to drive impactful UX solutions! #uxdesign #uxresearch #humancentereddesign #uxstrategy

🎯 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐗 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭. The landscape has changed dramatically.💭 Whilst UX roles once emphasised deep user understanding and journey mapping...👉 Today's market increasingly demands hybrid UX/UI and Product Design roles with a heavy focus on visual design skills. 𝐀𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨'𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐔𝐗 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝-𝐨𝐧. 💡 The truth? I need to evolve. And I suspect I'm not alone. 🚀 Taking Action: I'm embarking on the 100 Days of UI Challenge to strengthen my visual design muscles. But this is just the beginning.🤔 To my fellow UX practitioners feeling this shift: How are you adapting? I'm particularly interested in: 🎯 Communities focused on UX-to-UI transition 🛠️ Real-world projects for skill building 🤝 Mentorship opportunities 📚 Resources beyond the usual Coursera/Udemy courses 🚀 Something different from a bootcamp teaching about UX Design and Research, because really I do have these skills nailed down. It's showcasing UI I want and need to focus on. 💭 Questions for the community: How are you bridging the UI gap whilst maintaining your UX expertise? What resources have truly made a difference in your journey? Are you seeing this shift in your local market too? 👥 To hiring managers: Are we potentially losing valuable UX insights in this rush towards visual-first design? How do you balance these competing needs in your teams? Let's start a conversation about staying relevant whilst preserving the core UX principles that drive meaningful user experiences. 🤝 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭?
