This video is for those who think they don’t need to work out because they are at an ideal weight. As I always say, weight loss is not the main benefit of going to the gym. Working out and eating right have many benefits, one of which is releasing happy hormones. In this video, Dr. Malhar Ganla explains how adding a good diet and workout to our routine and habits can help release happy hormones and keep our hormones balanced. When you work out and eat well, you release four major hormones: dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin. These hormones make us happy. So, a good diet and regular workout can help with mental health by reducing stress and improving overall well-being.
