Where are you going? Indeed and LinkedIn and you just, you know, click on on 100 or 200 or 1000 jobs every single day. Hello everyone, my name is Talib and my name is Chloe and we are from Albuquerque. How is the recruitment world changed since you you were initially entering into the recruitment market? Do you think it's it's similar to where it was or? Absolutely night and day. I think, you know, with the introduction of of AI now is change the way that we work entirely, which I think is is great for us. You know, it's really cut down all of the the really frustrating bits to go through time consuming. So for us to be able to streamline that process now and be able to really move forward and hire top tier candidates for the roles that I'm trying to fill in a much shorter time frame is is the best. I mean, if you go back. Even two years ago, nonexistent. And so you would literally have to go through all of the applications 1 by 1 and then get them in for interviews. Whereas now that time is cut in half so I could be more happy. So what about you? What, what do you think has changed? I mean, obviously you've, you know, you were there at the inception of Alpha. So what changed in the last 10 years for years? So honestly, I think for companies, there's a lot that has changed like in terms of being able to identify direct. Candidates or let's see what's out there and available has changed. Not every company is using those skills. However, unfortunately I still see the things that I had to go through and when I first tried to enter into the work market where you go and Indeed and LinkedIn and you just, you know, click on on 100 or 200 or 1000 jobs every single day just to make sure you are seen by enough people you know and you can talk to enough people to be selected for a specific role. So yeah, I definitely believe that. Companies do some part of the work and finding the right people with, you know, alleviate the pressure on on candidates and get things better. So biggest change I would say within the last 10 to 15 years has been the variety of roles within every company. You know, let's say mid small to mid sized companies used to be very limited in terms of the, you know, you have your accountant, your sales, your purchasing an admin and so on. Now it's a huge, you know, content creators and media has become, you know, quite an important department in every company.
