Did you know that by leveraging low-degree (20-200°C) #wasteheat, we have the potential to remove 1.3 gigaton of CO2 per year? According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), we need to remove a minimum of 6 gigaton of CO2 annually to tackle climate change effectively. Harnessing waste heat from industrial processes is a promising way to maximize the potential for #carbonremoval and turn industrial waste heat into a valuable resource. Many industries generate significant amounts of waste heat as a by-product of their operations. Some of the key sectors include - #Cement production - #Chemical manufacturing - Iron and #steel production - Pulp and paper manufacturing By implementing waste heat recovery systems, such as retrofitting new Direct Air Capture (#DAC) technologies, industries can effectively capture CO2 from ambient air. This approach allows companies to use their waste heat to power DAC systems. Reach out if you also aim to leverage your waste heat!

While incineration can reduce landfill waste and create energy, it is important to understand how the waste incineration process works and which steps are needed to run it in a safe and environmentally conscientious fashion. 🔥🏭 The flue gas that is created during incineration cannot be released directly into the atmosphere. Instead, it passes through several emission control steps (e.g., scrubbers and filters). Real-time monitoring of this flue gas with process analyzers can provide a real-time picture of plant conditions, allowing for proactive adjustments to optimize performance.🧪✅ Learn more on our blog: https://brnw.ch/21wN7Uq #Metrohm #wastemanagement #wasteincineration

Heat Recovery from Incineration💧🌡️ Inciner8 has perfected a way to convert waste energy for washing, disinfection, heating, or technological processes. Our patented air heat exchangers regulate temperature and reduce water consumption for cooling. They provide air heating or a constant flow of hot water or air for any commercial application needing energy from waste. Think of your car's radiator – it cools the engine coolant while heating incoming air🚗 Heat Recovery System Benefits: ▶️Safe, efficient, and easy to use ▶️Quick installation and start-up ▶️Fantastic heat efficiency ▶️Ideal for high-temp and high-pressure systems ▶️Easy pressure testing and leak detection ▶️Corrosion protection with sacrificial anodes ▶️Preferred for lubricating oil cooling How Does a Heat Exchanger Work❓ Hot fluid (like steam) flows through tubes, while cold fluid is sent into the shell side. Baffles create turbulence for better heat transfer. 📱Don't forget to follow us on our other socials too! ⬇️Interested and want to learn more, join the Waste-to-Energy revolution today and enhance your operations with our heat recovery units! 💻https://bit.ly/3LBxyBV 📨Email sales@inciner8.com for a quick quote 📞Call us on +44 1704 884020 to speak to one of our experts 💬Connect with us on WhatsApp - +44 7891714969 #Inciner8 #WasteManagement #Agriculture #Medical #GeneralWaste #Sustainability #HeatExchanger #WastetoEnergy #W2E #FindOutMore

When it comes to capturing CO₂, Tree Associates’ refrigerated carbon capture technology is redefining the game. Our system uses refrigeration and compression to capture over 99% of CO₂ emissions efficiently. This method involves cooling and compressing gas mixtures, causing CO₂ to liquefy for easy separation and sequestration. But how does this compare to solvent-based systems? Efficiency & Performance: - Refrigerated systems capture over 99% of CO₂ by cooling and compressing gases to liquefy CO₂, resulting in highly efficient sequestration. - Solvent-Based Systems: Rely on chemical reactions to absorb CO₂, with lower capture efficiency and a dependency on solvent regeneration cycles. Winner: Refrigeration ❄️ – Direct, efficient, and no chemical limitations. Environmental Impact - Refrigerated Systems: Uses a chemical-free, physical process—no toxic solvents to degrade, leak, or dispose of. - Solvent-Based Systems: Amine solvents can degrade over time, leading to emissions of secondary pollutants and complex waste management. Winner: Refrigeration 🌱 – Clean and eco-friendly. Cost & Maintenance - Refrigerated Systems: Fewer moving parts and no need for solvent regeneration = lower operating costs and simpler maintenance. - Solvent-Based Systems: Higher costs due to solvent loss, degradation, and frequent regeneration energy demands. Winner: Refrigeration 💰 – Saves money and resources. Scalability & Adaptability - Refrigerated Systems: Flexible for various industries and scales—ideal for point-source capture or direct air capture. - Solvent-Based Systems: Best suited for controlled industrial settings with predictable CO₂ concentrations. Winner: Refrigeration 🔧 – Versatile for today’s diverse carbon challenges. Which system do you think is the future of carbon capture?
