What happens after 18? For adults with disabilities, turning 18 can be a turning point filled with new challenges—for them and their caregivers. That’s why AWWA joined forces with Metta Welfare Association, MINDSG Ltd, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities, and TOUCH Community Services to take a closer look at the “post-18 cliff” in Singapore, and how we can all play a part in bridging the gap.  Thanks to insightful analysis by Tri-Sector Associates and funding support from SG Enable, the result is a study packed with ideas to inspire more innovative and impactful outcomes for adults with disabilities in Singapore.
