Loyal Ecosystem was delighted to participate in Câmara Municipal de Lisboa Roadshow online PLSE Best Practices Roadshow. Pedro Pires, Managing Partner, spoke about Growth Strategies for Mature Sustainable Markets in Central and Northern Europe. The discussions were rich with practical rules, backed by real business examples from Loyal's decade-long experience in supporting companies with their internationalization strategies. Among the various ideas discussed were three very pragmatic messages that companies should take into account before moving forward: . Define an entry strategy, from a strong entry with all the best assets to a more resilient entry focused on resisting until you succeed. . Do market research - get to know the markets you're entering. . When testing the market, don't test in isolation; include at least two complementary markets. We thank everyone who attended this event and CML for providing us with this wonderful opportunity.

CTP adds 8.5 hectares to CTPark Warsaw West, further positioning the park to be a major industrial and logistics hub for CEE 📍🗺️ Bogi Gabrovic, CTP Poland's Director of Client Relations & Corporate Affairs explains: 💬 "CTPark Warsaw West is our largest investment in our Polish portfolio, and thanks to the acquisition of further land we will ultimately enlarge it to 279,000 sqm. The aim of the park expansion is to create a true business hub. This location has the potential to become a centre of cooperation and know-how exchange for companies from various sectors: 3PL, automotive, industry, trade or logistics. This will be fostered by the project to build the Central Communication Port, which is a transport hub for air, rail and road traffic." Why is this park ideally positioned to be an industrial and logistics hub for #CEE? 🤔 Warsaw has garnered some of Europe's strongest economic growth due to its favourable enviroment for business, including skilled employees, competitive operational costs, and investment-friendly policies. 📈 This park is lcoated on a national highway just 50 km from the Polish capital which further connects to Poznań (260 km) and Berlin (500 km). Furthermore, it is close to the Central Communication Port, a megaproject that integrates air, rail and road transport, about 40 km southwest of Warsaw. 🛣️ Best of all, we already have excellent momentum. Currently there is more than 110,000 sqm of logistics floorspace under construction and the international 3PL Raben has already signed for 114,000 sqm Learn more about the region in our CEE research report paper: https://lnkd.in/dhuu4znD Learn more about this park: https://lnkd.in/e99qgdQD Read the press release: https://lnkd.in/eJv_k8xD #GrowWithCTP #InvestInPoland #FutureOfIndustry #ByCTP

🚦 Honored to Have Moderated an Insightful Breakout Session at the ITS Australia Summit 2024 on Tuesday at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney)! 🚦 As we continue to tackle the challenges of urban congestion and enhance our transport networks, transport access pricing has emerged as a pivotal solution. I had the privilege of moderating the 'Pricing the Network' breakout session at the #ITSAustraliaSummit2024, where we explored the critical role of technology in reshaping how we price our road networks. The session delved into: 🔍 International case studies on road user charging 📊 Econometrics of unimodal vs multimodal trip demand mechanisms 💡 Innovative mobility solutions like the Apple Express Mode in Opal ticking systems to encourage public transport uptake Our distinguished presenters— Lance Brand, Tania Page, Ishani Shehara, Marinos Tsiplakis, and Scott Wilson—shared their invaluable insights on how these strategies can lead to more efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly transport systems. It was a great opportunity to unpack these complex yet crucial topics and contribute to the future of intelligent transport systems. #ITSAustralia #TransportInnovation #RoadUserCharging #MobilitySolutions #CongestionManagement Aurecon

🌍✨ Yesterday, 05 June 2024, I had the privilege of attending the National Trade Delegation from Slovenia to Rotterdam event at BlueCity (010). It was an incredible experience, filled with enriching conversations and connections with a diverse group of individuals, including mayors, politicians, investors, professors from universities, and professionals with decades of experience in the circular built environment, energy, and food sectors from both the Netherlands and Slovenia. The whole stakeholder community was gathered in one place for 11 hours, creating a unique atmosphere of collaboration and innovation. The openness and willingness to share experiences, advice, and feedback were truly inspiring. The delegates' commitment to radical collaboration and their journey mirrored the challenges we face today, making their insights invaluable. The presentations and storytelling sessions were enlightening, offering practical solutions to the struggles we encounter. I am thrilled by the enthusiastic responses and the many "yes in principle" agreements and interests for collaboration. This event has not only deepened our connections but also strengthened our resolve to drive systemic and disruptive change in the market to address the climate-housing crisis. It is tough, and we need tough people who dare to change. A special thanks to the Slovene Dutch Business Platform - SDBP and Holland Circular Hotspot for providing the opportunity for connection, communication, and radical collaboration. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the representatives from EIT initiatives such as EIT Climate-KIC, our angel investor, and EIT New European Bauhaus for their invaluable contributions. Together, we pave the way towards sustainable solutions and even the ambitious goal of building Lunar Habitats. Here’s to continued collaboration and innovation! 🚀 Space Business Innovation Centre Noordwijk #CircularEconomy #SustainableDevelopment #ClimateAction #HousingCrisis #Innovation #Collaboration #BlueCityRotterdam #SloveniaNetherlands #LunarHabitats #FutureForward
