One of the key roles of a leader in any organization is to nurture the next generation of leaders. Helping them to learn, grow, and get better at what they do. In my decades of work in emotional intelligence and speaking with countless organizations all over the world, I’m more convinced that EI really is at the heart of leadership development and effectiveness.
