This is a great article on I-2066, which Washingtonians will vote on in November. It is important to vote NO. As the article explains, the proponents of the initiative (multimillionaires and special interest groups) have been lying about the initiative and current state policy. I-2066 would: - Take us backward on clean energy and climate action; - Do away with programs that help people access energy efficient, clean appliances; - Force new construction to be more expensive; - Raise energy bills; and - Prevent local governments from taking action that reflects what their communities want. Ignore the lies that are being put forward by those who spent about $2.5 million to get this on the ballot and vote NO.
