Participating in the final event of the UIC Harmotrack Project at the UIC Headquarters in Paris was a valuable experience. It provided insights into the significant challenges faced by railway infrastructure managers in the continuous monitoring of railway tracks and highlighted the benefits of #onboard_monitoring (OBM) systems in addressing these challenges. A special thanks to UIC and SNCF Réseau for their coordination and management of this international project, aiming to enhance the utilization of dynamic measurements for track quality monitoring.
