Glad to announce that our latest paper will be presented at WACV2025. In this paper we proposed to leverage the available depth sensing signal, combined with self-supervision to learn a multi-modal pose estimation model capable of tracking lower body motion on XR devices, relaxing the need for large scale ground truth data in XR body tracking. An Exciting Hackathon Experience: AI in Education! I’m thrilled to share that I participated in the IEEE ComSoc Hackathon hosted by RV College of Engineering. We had two intriguing tracks to choose from: AI in education and IoT in healthcare. I decided to dive into the world of education, where the possibilities are endless. Our Project: Student Task Manager & Timetable Generator Students often struggle to manage their tasks efficiently. We aimed to create a solution that simplifies their lives. Our team developed a web application that combines task management and timetable generation. We designed a task manager, where students can add, prioritize, and track their assignments, projects, and deadlines. The app also, intelligently creates personalized timetables based on class schedules, study hours, extracurricular activities and past academic performance of student by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses.   Impact & Future Scope: Imagine students seamlessly managing their coursework while having time for hobbies and self-care. Our project aims to empower learners and enhance productivity. Kudos to my incredible teammates! We brainstormed, coded, and laughed together. Hackathons are all about collaboration, and we nailed it. 🌟 Sneak Peek Friday: Visit from Dr. Cheng Wang – Strengthening International Research Ties! 🌟 Today, we were thrilled to welcome Dr. Cheng Wang, an old friend and collaborator, to our office. Dr. Wang is currently an Assistant Professor at the Robotics Group at Heriot-Watt University, affiliated with the National Robotarium and the Edinburgh Center for Robotics. His impressive career spans research positions at the University of Edinburgh and DJI Automotive, and he earned his Ph.D. from the Technical University of Darmstadt under Prof. Hermann Winner. Dr. Wang leads the RoboSafe lab, focusing on designing and deploying safe and trustworthy robotics to benefit society. His research covers AI safety, driver behavior modeling, safety assurance, and motion planning, aligning perfectly with many of our ongoing projects. During his visit, we had in-depth discussions on safe and explainable AI approaches, particularly in the context of sensor models. We explored how these models could be leveraged for traffic behavior prediction, driving innovation in both AI safety and automated driving. The visit not only highlighted our strong international research connections but also reinforced our commitment to collaborating on cutting-edge projects that advance the fields of robotics, AI, and sensor simulation. AI for Sustainability: 36 Hours of Coding and Innovation 🌍💡 ! Last month, I had the privilege to join a remarkable hackathon organized by the Hi! PARIS Center - AI for Science, Business & Society, an interdisciplinary center co-founded by Institut Polytechnique de Paris and HEC Paris. Over 36 hours of intense coding and teamwork, alongside 320+ participants, we worked on tackling the critical issue of groundwater overexploitation. Our mission included: ☑️ Pre-processing a time series of over 2 million lines of piezometric, hydrometric, meteorological, and statistical data. ☑️ Designing a high-performance model to predict groundwater levels. ☑️ Justifying our approach through a scientific and commercial article. ☑️ Proposing an innovative, original, and viable entrepreneurial project. This experience was not only an incredible learning opportunity but also a meaningful way to contribute to sustainability through data-driven solutions. A big thank you to my team, the organizing teams and the jury from Schneider Electric, L'Oréal, TotalEnergies, VINCI, and Capgemini for making this event possible and inspiring. 🙌

Thrilled to present my latest Computer Vision project YOLOV8(You only Look Once) developed during my internship at AIMER Society - Artificial Intelligence Medical and Engineering Researchers Society under the guidance of Sai Satish sir.
