What do a sunny beach, a carpenter and customer service have to do with another? In a normal world, nothing. But in our connected world, we have a complete office in our pocket. Lab4Paws was set up as a remote business from the start (for all operations outside the lab), so that we are able to serve customers everywhere. But the importance of proper customer service is something more, something you only learn through experience. As we are building our new labs, we ordered new lab benches. Spoiler alert, they are not cheap. They arrived broken (🤯). The logistics company asked if we wanted to accept them. The seller offered a 100€ refund. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
