Exploring Innovation... At the invitation of Arndt Kirchhoff, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the KIRCHHOFF Group, leading business journalists from Germany visited our plant in Gliwice, Poland. With nearly 1000 employees, the Gliwice plant is our largest and features all of our key technologies. Arndt Kirchhoff aimed to highlight the exceptional setup of our Polish plants and the favorable business conditions in Poland. For instance, the tax burden and labor costs in Poland are significantly lower. The metal and electrical industry in Poland in 2023 was 45.5% above the pre-crisis level of 2018, whereas in Germany it was 5.4% below. Arndt Kirchhoff's message stresses the need to enhance industrial location factors for the future. Our gratitude goes to managing directors Rafał Lechowski and Paweł Cygan, and plant manager Radoslaw Zelek, for their outstanding representation of our company at this key location. #KIRCHHOFFAutomotive #MakingMobilitySafe

Why visit electronica in Munich on 12th - 15th November? The trendy forum about AI, the interesting conference about Automotive, the news about successful start-ups, and much more are the components of the rich program of the fair. But these were not enough for us to decide to visit the fair. In PROBATUR GROUP we are always trying to apply a structured approach to our planning and execution. A business organization should make decisions taking care of 3 directions of interest: Stakeholders, Customers, and Employees. Each decision should improve the situation in one or more of these directions without damaging the others. In electronica we had the possibility to take care of our Stakeholders' interest by looking at the trend of the market on new technologies and the trend of the electronic business. During this event, we also met with some of our Customers and made some networking with new potential customers and partners. Our employees that had the possibility to visit the fair were exited about this opportunity. Our customers are mainly, but not only, production plants. These are based on 3 basic elements: the Material, the Equipment, and the Employees. Only the right strategies and the proper actions on those elements may ensure the success of a manufacturing organization. In electronica we found interesting information about Material management in the electronic business, we saw very interesting Equipment, and we have participated at events with high attention on talent development.
