Business' find solutions when employees are not afraid and/or willing to take initiative to help solve challenges, then you become an important asset to your business. How we approach a challenge can make or break a company. However, we must honestly believe we can make a difference.

In cold calling, rejection and objections are common. Instead of obstacles, see them as opportunities. Each response, even a rejection, reveals valuable insights into the prospect's needs. Embrace this mindset to tailor your pitch effectively and show how your service adds value. It's all about active listening.

I second that motion. I had a call today with an organization that prioritized the ability to provide benefits to their employees at no cost and… wait for it! And also realize significant payroll tax savings. They are not 100% sure at this very moment what they will do with the savings but they do have plans to expand and having the support and flexibility of reduced payroll and benefits they can offer to existing and new employees is one of many pivotal pins connecting their plans to expand.

John Wooden nailed it with this quote. It's a principle I try to live by, though it's not always easy in our image-obsessed world. I've found that focusing on character builds a solid foundation for everything else. When you're true to your values, decisions become clearer and you sleep better at night. Reputation is fickle - it can change with the wind. But character? That's the real deal. It's what stands when everything else falls away. I've seen people chase reputation at the expense of character, and it rarely ends well. It's exhausting trying to manage others' perceptions all the time. What's your take on this? Have you ever faced a situation where character and reputation were at odds? #CharacterMatters #Integrity #AuthenticLiving #PersonalValues #Leadership

three types of organizations are permitted to issue international-agent status - first nation tribe - church - state. First nations are who gave the corporations and settelors permision to peaceful travels- this is their land you know, while they hold alodial title of deed; we may only maintain a registered title to deed. If it wasnt for the debt disposed to protect first nation tribes and indigenous from genocide-- there would be no federal courts.
