Build your brakes F1 cars are considered one of the fastest cars in the world. But the drivers are able to take them to their limits only due to its near fail proof braking system. Same is with life. If you want to test your limits, build your brakes well. Take a break. Most go on vacations which turn out to be acceleration in different gear. I strongly recommend spending 'me time' for atleast 7-10 days in a year with yourself in order to build your brakes. Very essential for all working professionals. Sadhguru says, if you are with yourself and unhappy then you are in wrong company. Learn yo be happy with yourself and build your brakes. P.S - I have just returned from 10 day vipassana course. Quick Miami F1 logistics Facts: From Shanghai to Miami, F1 teams are mastering the art of logistics with enough twists and turns to make even Monaco jealous. Each team transports roughly 50 tonnes of freight. Take Haas, for example. They pack everything they need on four articulated lorries and rendezvous with a 747 cargo plane at East Midlands Airport. Every item is loaded onto 12 aircraft pallets for the 10-hour flight from the UK to Florida. Meanwhile, less essential equipment, like tables and chairs for their hospitality unit, makes the voyage across the Atlantic by sea. At any given time, every team has up to six different containers crisscrossing the world as sea freight, eventually catching up with the F1 schedule. Miami freight might come straight from Australia, heading off to Singapore next, while another set is heading from Southeast Asia to Canada. Once in Miami, air pallets are transported from the nearest cargo-handling airport via articulated truck to the pit lane, where they're placed outside each team’s garage. As soon as the team's crew arrives, they unbox containers, set up the garage, and piece together the 5,000 components that make up a Formula 1 car. And it doesn't stop there. If a team has new parts to test, those pieces often arrive as checked-in oversized baggage at their departing terminal. Separate planes are used to transport tires by Pirelli, while Formula 1 handles the 150 trackside cameras and miles of cables for TV transmission. Once the race ends, teams swiftly pack down their garages, with fork-lift trucks bustling about the pit lane to dismantle everything. The cars are stripped bare and carefully packaged back into air freight boxes or loaded onto trucks, ready for the next Grand Prix. With time zones to navigate and long flying times, precision is key to ensure no delays impact the next round of the World Championship. At R&C Sports Events Logistics, we thrive on this adrenaline-fueled world of logistics. If you're ready to live life in the fast lane and turn every corner with precision, join us! 🏁 #LogisticsLife #F1Feeling #logistics #f1 #fe #wrc #motogp #gt #dakar #events #motorsport

🏎️ Teamwork makes the dream work 🏁 At the recent F1 Miami GP, Ferrari amazed again with their lightning-fast pitstop, showcasing the remarkable power of teamwork in action. As I marveled at their precision and efficiency, I saw it as a perfect reminder of the importance of job role clarity within a team. In the high-stakes world of F1, every fraction of a second counts. Just like in business, success hinges on seamless coordination, clear communication, and each team member knowing their role inside and out. Here are a few key takeaways I saw from Ferrari's pitstop that translate seamlessly into the workplace: 1. Defined Roles: Each member of Ferrari's pit crew knows precisely what they need to do and when to do it. Similarly, in our teams, clearly defined roles and responsibilities ensure that everyone knows their part in achieving our collective goals. 2. Efficient Communication: With the roar of engines and the pressure of time, communication must be swift and concise. Effective teamwork requires open channels of communication where every member feels heard and valued. 3. Trust and Collaboration: Ferrari's success is built on trust and collaboration among team members. When we trust in each other's abilities and work together seamlessly, we can accomplish remarkable feats. 4. Continuous Improvement: Behind every successful pitstop is a commitment to constant improvement. Similarly, in our teams, we must continually assess our processes, identify areas for enhancement, and strive for excellence. Let's take inspiration from Ferrari's pitstop and apply these principles to our own teams. By fostering job role clarity, promoting teamwork, and striving for continuous improvement, we can achieve our goals and reach new heights of success. Here's to driving towards victory! 🏆💼 Formula 1, Charles Leclerc, Alessandro Fusaro, Ferrari, Scuderia Ferrari #Teamwork #JobRoleClarity #Formula1 #BusinessSuccess #ContinuousImprovement #F1 #morethanstickersonacar #formulaone #HR #motorsport #humanresources
