3️⃣ things you need to know about insurance and changes that may occur automatically at your next renewal: 🧐 Many companies are starting to require higher deductibles on your homeowners insurance. 🧐 Many companies are implementing (forcing/requiring) a 1% wind/hail deductible, which could make your out of pocket expense for the most commonly-filed claim dramatically higher. 🧐 Many companies won't quote enough sewer/water back up or service line coverage - if the quote it at all. This is the second most filed claim; they aren't going to just add this for you unless you ask. Call me if you want better insurance, someone to go to bat for you in claim situations, and an agent who will be transparent and educate you on your policy and changes at renewal.
