Sharing my one month experience of looking for a new JOB. I applied in many countries Like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. I got shortlisted and got called for an interview from 25+ Companies. but none of them were an online interview even though they have mentioned in their job listing it can be online as well. Anyways after countless tries I gave some thought and Tried searching in my Home country. with in 10 days I gave 8 interviews and still going on and few interviews are going to happen in coming days. Received few offers as well. Let's see how it goes. #Job #Jobs #Hiring #Recruiters #Community #People

What to expect after submitting your CV in the UAE? A question that many are asking well, with the high volume of applicants for each position here are 5 things to expect after you submit your CV: 1. Initial Phone or Video Screening: A short phone or video call to make sure you meet the hiring criteria. 2- Assessment Tests: that will measure your ةeasure your proficiency in specific skills and it's becoming more popular these days. 3- Interviews: Our favorite step! where we can get to take hiring managers through our past experience. 4- References: prepare a list of referral because some companies will require the candidates to provide them with their previous employers numbers to do a quick check up. 5- Negotiation: and last but not least ladies and gentlemen the negotiation part regarding salary and joining date..... etc. So, are you still excited to build your career in the UAE? #talentacquisition #buildingcareerintheuae #uaecareer #alaakabtoul #work #jobseekers

She applied to 3 jobs on Wednesday. She had 2 interviews scheduled by the following Friday. She received a job offer 2 weeks later. Why can't the hiring process work like this? *Post a job. *Interview the candidate. *Make a decision. *Make an offer. You don't need 5 Interviews and 3 tests over 3 months to make a decision. Stop over complicating the hiring process. DM me for Dubai Job Support #dubaivisitvisa #dubaijobsearchtip #dubaijobsearchtips #dubaijobs #dubaijobtrends #dubairecruiters

Getting job interviews in the UAE is hard, This post will make it easier. Picture this - You’ve seen a role that you’re perfect for, you apply, follow up, and get ignored. This happens again, and again, and again… It’s usually down to 1/5 things: - the role is filled - profile related issue - resume related issue - suitability related issue - counter productive follow up *** This post will counter the follow up roadblock. Here are the core tenants of an effective follow-up: 1: avoid asking for favours, offer value instead. 2: instead of talking about you, focus on them. 3: drop the “how are you”, be more intentional. 4: trade formal “email chat” for high level convo. 5: always do a profile background check first. It may seem like this market is impossible to crack… But active roles NEED to be filled, if you’re ticking the boxes, interviews WILL come through. Remember, your job search should take 2-4 weeks. Ps, hit like if this post was worth taking 30 seconds to read through ✅
