Hamilton's Economic Development Office, on behalf of City Council, is conducting a survey of the city's business community to better understand the impacts encampments have had on their businesses and customers. The information collected through this survey will be used to identify recurring issues facing Hamilton’s business community and recurring suggestions for how the City could better support businesses. Email ecdev@hamilton.ca to request a link to the survey, which will be available until July 26, 2024. Responses are anonymous, and participation in the survey is voluntary. You can choose to answer or skip any question. The information will be transmitted to City Council via a staff report, tentatively scheduled for the Aug. 12, 2024, General Issues Committee meeting.
