Really great post by my friend Puneet Sachdev - how we approach AI/advanced tech will require Readiness, Impact, and Influence. Love it. With my clients and leaders, I often have them think about these 3 framing filters: 🧠 Mindsets - How do we think about technology (or any change in general)? 🤝 Behaviors - How do we "show up," and what are the expectations? 🎯 Skills - What delivery capabilities are most critical for success? I often find that most leaders immediately index to skills - "I need more people with AI/ML/flavor of the day" - and don't pause to reflect on collective mindsets and ways of working. If culture eats strategy for breakfast, why wouldn't we spend some time grounding ourselves in the mental and behavioral changes we need before diving into the strategic execution?
