It's because they don't trust you. They don't trust that you know what they truly need. So how can you get them to trust you? By becoming a person of value. By sharing your knowledge and expertise without asking for anything in return. By talking about what keeps them up at night and proposing solutions. By building long-term relationships that are based on trust, not on transactions. It takes time and effort, but the payoff is huge. Because when you become a person of value, people chase you. Not the other way around. So what's keeping you from becoming a person of value?
