The required gas feed rate is not achieved at start-up the chlorination system. 1. Insufficient ejector vacuum checked insufficient water supply pressure for existing back pressure conditions. 2. Leakage at vacuum line check the vacuum Line connector or Regulator. 3. Vacuum line(s) crimped. 4. Length of vacuum line(s) exceeds maximum allowable transport distance. 5-Check the Gas Filter is chocked. 6- Check the PRDV (Pressure reducing diaphragm Valve). 7- Checked the Tonner valve is open in sufficient condition. 8- Checked Remote Vacuum Regulator inlet filter may be is chocked. 9- Checked Chlorine gas Rotameter Inlet & outlet Oring may be vacuum leak.

The Corgi ABBV1-C should be fitted where a boiler bypass is required – typically this is the case when a system is equipped with thermostatic radiator valves (TRV’s), and to allow pump overrun operation after zone valves have closed down. TRV’s slowly close down as each radiator raises the room temperature. To overcome flow restriction as TRV’s close down, the ABBV1-C is adjusted to the required set point. As the system resistance increases due to TRV’s closing, the ABBV1-C allows flow to increase, in order to maintain the required pre-set system differential pressure. The regulation provided will reduce system noise that can result from TRV’s or zone valves closing, eliminate pump impeller wear that can result from high flow resistance, and enhance the life of the boiler’s heat exchanger by ensuring minimum flow rate at all times. ✅ Regulates heating system differential pressure ✅ High capacity flow up to 50 litres per minute ✅ Differential pressure range 0.1 to 0.6 bar ✅ 22mm compression fitting ✅ Reduces system noise ✅ Lockable set pressure ✅ Constant flow through boiler

Did you know that our Aqueous™ is able to vary the vent on our pressurized deaerators? What does that mean? Some steam systems could have major load swings. Think winter load vs summer load, or different process loads in an industrial plant. Utilizing two additional flow and temperature sensors installed on the deaerator, Aqueous™ is able to control a calibrated modulating vent valve, thus limiting steam loss based on live load. That way the customer’s valuable BTUs are not wasted out from an oversized vent on light load! The vent modulates to open more during the higher loads and closes during smaller loads. Think of the payback to the customer!

Radiation and convection losses from your shell-and-tube increase your fuel bills. Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are old technology with several disadvantages. Large temperature approach, big, heavy, low efficiency, prone to fouling and difficult to clean with high hold up volume. Heat losses with heating applications build up over time, even if insulated. Hold up volume of 4m³ shell-and-tube losing 1 °C per hour will cost you €500 per year in radiation losses to atmosphere. Just send the dimensions and tube diameter to Alfa Laval for an equivalent compact plate heat exchanger replacement.

Why use a low pressure Air Compressor or Blower? Under What circumstances should we consider to use? When we only need the pressure of 0.3~0.5MPa, if we use the ordinary 0.8MPa machine and decompression to 0.3 Mpa to use, it means we would pay a lot of electricity power cost. But with a permanent magnet low pressure and large displacement screw compressor, in the same condition, it will be more reliable and more energy saving than the ordinary air compressor. If you buy a 0.8MPa machine and the actual use pressure is 0.3MPa, its working process is usually like this: the screw air-end will compress air from 0.1MPa to 0.8MPa, and then through the pressure reducing valve ( Pressure Regulator ) or other ways to reduce the pressure to 0.3MPa. Finally! In conclusion! In short, we need to use 0.3MPa, but we actually suffer from the power consumption of 0.7MPa, which creates a huge waste of energy!
