Knowledge-sharing and collaboration are vital for the growth of any industry – and ours is no exception. During the visit of the EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency and Federal Aviation Administration at our hangar, we conducted precision landing tests – the learnings from which will serve to improve guidelines & standards bringing #eVTOLs closer to the world. The purpose was to land the aircraft precisely within the dedicated parameters of the landing site – a critical maneuver affecting flight safety, pilot training, and smooth vertiport operations. The Registry of Aruba has officially validated the type certification for Gulfstream Aerospace’s G700 aircraft, following its approval from the EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency in May. This milestone comes after certifications from major authorities, including the Federal Aviation Administration and the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority. Gulfstream’s ongoing collaboration with global regulatory bodies reflects the company's dedication to maintaining top-tier safety and performance standards. ANPAC Welcomes EASA's New Approach on eMCO We at ANPAC - Italy Alpa are pleased with EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency's new stance on extended Minimum Crew Operations (eMCO). While we firmly believe in the constant presence of at least two pilots in the cockpit, we appreciate EASA's emphasis on implementing and verifying adequate technologies before considering any reduction. This acknowledgment highlights the significant contributions of our Pilots, who have been at the forefront of our recent campaign. Our efforts will continue in collaboration with European Pilots (ECA) and global (IFALPA) representative bodies, with more initiatives in the pipeline. We remain vigilant on this issue and stay tuned for more updates!!

Safety in aviation is paramount! One pilot is not enough when it comes to moving cargo or passengers in big airplanes. There are little airplanes that one pilot is okay, even though it would be safer with two. I just don’t understand how this can be a question.
