If you are keen on agentic workflows, tools, and infrastructure, you should subscribe to our new Substack -> The Agentic Edge! My colleague Edward Keeble's latest post discusses the parallels between computational fluid dynamics and message personalization. Ed shares insights from a recent refactor of Aampe's Personalization Map, demonstrating how understanding the underlying rules of a system can lead to more efficient and scalable solutions. He explains how they moved from generating every possible message combination to a more intelligent approach, resulting in significant performance improvements. This piece is a great example of how cross-disciplinary thinking can spark software development and data analysis innovation. It's great to see how the European Association for Activity-Based Modeling is taking shape. 🌍 www.eaabm.org up and running. 👍 Membership sign up working smoothly. 🏗 Key activities and meetings for the next 8 month defined. 📈 Increasing interest and growing membership numbers. Our next meeting is open to public, will take place on November 20th, from 16:00 to 17:30 CET as videoconference and will feature a Spotlight titled "How the software/tools providers can help ABM take off?" - Specific support for ABM in today's software - Highlights and priorities in the software roadmaps - Resources for getting started with the software - Question to the users: what else in the software (or related services) would boost your confidence? As managing director, I look forward to our joint contributions towards the growth and success of activity-based modeling and the growth of EAABM.
