As we embark on the #Thanksgiving holiday, it is a wonderful time for reflection and gratitude, and this year, I find myself exceptionally thankful for the amazing journey we've embarked on together. To my American #Five9 #colleagues, #customers, and #partners, your contributions are the backbone of our collective success. Without your dedication and trust, there would be much less to be thankful for. But let's make this Thanksgiving not just about appreciation, but also about action and growth. Here's how we can all make the most of this season of #gratitude: Reflect on #Achievements → Use this time to look back at the milestones we've achieved as a team. ↳ What were the key moments that made a difference? Identify New #Opportunities → In the spirit of thankfulness, let's also be #forwardthinking. ↳ What new opportunities can we create from our existing relationships? Strengthen #Connections → Reach out to your colleagues and partners. ↳Learn from #Challenges → Every challenge brings a lesson. ↳ Reflect on how we've overcome obstacles and what we've learned. Commit to #Growth → Let's set personal and professional growth goals for the coming year. ↳ How can we continue to #elevate our skills and strategies? Looking forward to years of connecting, learning, and growing together. Happy Thanksgiving to all! What are you most thankful for this year? Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what truly matters. For businesses, it’s easy to get caught up in the numbers, the metrics, the next big thing. But at TeamLogic IT, we’ve learned something important: It all comes back to people. Every service we provide, every solution we create—it starts with a customer-first approach. Because when our clients succeed, we succeed. This Thanksgiving, we’re thankful for the trust our clients place in us and the opportunity to help them grow, thrive, and solve real challenges. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling—it’s how we work every day.

🦃🍂 Gratitude: The Mindset That Fuels Growth 🍂🦃 This year has taught me that gratitude isn’t just about celebrating wins—it’s about finding value in challenges and lessons. Here’s what I’ve learned: 🍗 Challenges Build Strength – Gratitude helps us see obstacles as growth opportunities. 🥧 Small Wins Matter – Pausing to celebrate progress keeps us grounded. 🥂 Relationships Are Key – The people around us make the journey worthwhile. Gratitude shifts our focus from what’s missing to what matters most. This Thanksgiving, I’m reflecting on the lessons, the growth, and the people who make it all meaningful. What are you grateful for this year? #Gratitude #GrowthMindset #Thanksgiving #LifeLessons

Thanksgiving thoughts on the way to the coast… The story I learned in school about the Pilgrims and the "Indians" celebrating the first Thanksgiving, all one big happy family, hid an uglier version of reality that we weren't told about. But two (or more!) things can be true at the same time. We can condemn the actions of the past, while still acknowledging the good that existed, and that has come out of it. I see great value in dedicating a day to giving thanks for what we have. (Me, I’m thankful for the privilege to take time away this week with my family. I’m thankful that I get to work with creative clients on meaningful projects, doing work I love.) And I also see great value in reflecting on history, and what actions our predecessors took that were in direct conflict with our values, and how we might want to act differently. Both, and. This kind of open-minded approach - being able to hold multiple, even seemingly contradictory truths at once - is crucial for innovation. It helps us see beyond black-and-white thinking to find unexpected solutions and breakthroughs. It's what allows us to acknowledge problems while still staying grateful. To celebrate progress while pushing for more change. To honor tradition while Creating the Impossible™. Speaking of gratitude, what's one innovation or technological advancement you're particularly thankful for this year? A new tool that's made your work easier? An app that's improved your life? Share your tech gratitude below! 🙌 Or just share something you’re thankful for right now. Your cat, your partner, the sun on your face. What’s making you smile? Happy Thanksgiving, to everyone who’s celebrating. 🍁🍂🌾🥮 #Innovation #Gratitude #CreateTheImpossible #Leadership #Thanksgiving
