Lynn Crawford, MD, has stepped into a new role and is already bringing remarkable changes within the first three months. In her new role as Administrative Medical Director, Dr. Crawford has improved hospital efficiency at a 434-bed tertiary care facility by focusing on process improvements. By shifting focus from clinical duties to administrative leadership, she implemented process improvements to reduce the Geometric Mean Length of Stay, Observed Over Expected (GMLOS O/E).
