Stakeholders can change positions quickly. I wrote about that in this post of mine "Understanding & Analysing Stakeholder Positions https://lnkd.in/dXm6Jx4 One of the key concepts that I teach in my Stakeholder Reputation Masterclasses is that consultations need to take place long before a decisionmaking cycle. In fact earlier consultation prevents position changes and objections. This is an unfortunate lesson that managers have to learn.
