Start-up is place, where you need an external investment, Founders are burning money, because it's investors money. I was analysing the business came in Shark tank, I took a company they were making the profit margin of 40-44 percent, and they were making profit. I saw their books before investment it's shows the business is 3.5 Cr. and profit after all the expenses were 37 lakhs after the Investment the company was making the business around 7 Cr. and the net loss was 4 Cr. and few of their competitors are bootstrap and doing the business worth of Rs 50 cr. and profit is around 8-9 cr.
