Savouring the Farnborough fever pitch from afar 🛫 The only thing better than witnessing incredible aerospace colleagues on the world stage at #FIA2024, is doing some of your greatest work alongside them at this lauded event. As many in my network ride the #FIA2024 high, I am feeling nostalgic and reflecting on my time in this high-pressure and rewarding arena🏆.  Here’s why: 🎯 FIA is the epitome of a high-stakes environment. Akin to a sporting event at fever pitch, the atmosphere is electric, with anticipation and excitement building as major players from around the globe converge to showcase their latest innovations.  🚀 Every interaction, presentation, and negotiation happens at a rapid pace. Much like a crucial play in the final moments of a championship game, this intensity pushes everyone to perform at their best, with no room for hesitation. Pro tip: You always have to be ‘show-ready’ as Marianella DelaBarrera taught me! 🔝Collaborating with industry giants. I followed in the footsteps of many incredible leaders to learn the ropes at my first show in 2012. What supported and encouraged me the most was the partnership of my leadership coach. 🧗🏼♀️Leadership coaching enabled me to live on my growth edge. Partnering with my coach was crucial to honing my ability to remain composed, communicate effectively, and make strategic decisions amidst the buzz and urgency of the event.  🚩Invaluable experiences that have shaped my career.
