Today, the modern workplace is driven by a renewed focus on work-life balance and the desire of younger generations for authenticity and purpose. When employees feel unable to be themselves, the workplace suffers. Interactions become superficial, creativity is stifled, and the pressure to maintain a work persona can lead to stress and burnout.
