Final phase of an ESG project on SAP platform - "Finalize," where we work on the critical acceptance testing at the customer side 🚀, with a deep focus on the processes that were identified, implemented and configured during the previous phases. After completing the final acceptance test, our next steps include transitioning to Go-live implementation and hypercare support. 🌟 Following this, we'll gather customer feedback and explore system evolution scenarios. Our project recognizes the need for adaptability due to: ☑ company transformations (business model, manufacturing methods, supplier structure, logistics, and cooperation models with counterparties and supplier network) ☑ evolving legislation like zero carbon emissions requirements and other factors 🔄 During this phase, lasting approximately 2 weeks: ☑ customers dedicate 20% of the workload ☑ contractors manage 80% Overall, an ESG project typically spans 1.5-2 months with minimal customizations, offering significant benefits including: ☑ Easy calculation of product footprints periodically and at scale considering the entire product lifecycle ☑ Access to vast reuse of business data & mapping with sustainability content ☑ Scoring and analytics to easily understand product footprint information ☑ Ease of use with prescriptive & pre-defined approach ☑ A smooth implementation leading to reduced TCO and time to value ...
