Compensation: Salary range is 160k base to 190k base depending on experience Our providers earn anywhere from 10k to 50k in incentives each year. Incentive bonus available. Employee will be paid a quality incentive based on current incentive contracts established by the practice 3 year contract Malpractice insurance, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with3% in matching contributions. 18 days PTOthat encompasses all vacation, sick and CME Employee will receive paid holidays each yearand the practice will be closed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Prepares an insurance folder consisting of a copy of the admission, insurance forms that were filled out and signed and a copy of the insurance card. Sends completed folder to the business office. Collects valuables. Escorts patient to room.
