I actually believe we are already seeing that AI will replace some of the workforce. I believe making the hard statement that AI isn’t replacing humans can sow seeds of distrust in companies who are doing just that. Klarna CEO is indicating they replaced jobs with AI. United HealthCare is using AI for processing claims that was previously held by humans. Spotify also replaced its team who managed the Spotify Wrapped with AI. I believe companies need total transparency that yes, AI is going to replace some roles, but they are going to upskill their employees to retain them.
