    I should be honest. Before I joined the co-op, I had never read an Impact Report. But I also never truly realized how much incredible work the co-op does outside of what I saw on the surface as a member. From reimagining the employee experience, to engaging with communities to fight to protect the outdoors, to the commitment to becoming a fully inclusive, anti-racist, multicultural organization, the 2023 Impact Report is just that — impactful.
