#ECOSOCYouthForum2024 #youth2030 #SDG16 #YPS As young people, we need more than just a superficial role in political and civic spaces. To achieve the commitment of the 2030 Agenda of leaving no one behind, we need to be included as partners in decision-making spaces, not just be seen as beneficiaries. The Youth, Peace and Security (YPS) Agenda provides guidelines on how to include us as key stakeholders to build peaceful and sustainable societies. ECOSOC Youth Forum was an excellent opportunity to connecte with young leaders from around the world who are champions in making the world a better place. However, we don't just need a voice in political and civic spaces; we need the proper agency to effect change.
