I can’t stay silent anymore.
Having seen numerous versions and additions of videos from Manchester Airport showing police kicking two men, it's disturbing, and I absolutely do not condone violence of any sort. However, it's important to get the full picture before jumping to conclusions. The media often shows selective parts of an incident, but where's the story about the police officer who ended up with a broken nose? We need the full story to tell the truth.
It feels like the British media is consistently against the police, often highlighting their mistakes without showing the dangers and challenges they face daily. Maybe it's time for the police to go on strike to make a statement of their own and show what happens when they're not there to maintain order. We need to see the whole context, not just what fits a certain narrative.
Ask yourself: where is the support and protests for our police officers? They put their lives on the line every day to protect us, yet their sacrifices are frequently overlooked.
Stay informed and always question what you see.
