Happy work anniversary to Shivani Kumari! Your hard work and dedication have been integral to our team's success. Wishing you continued growth and prosperity in your career! 🎊 The past year for Shivani has been: "Last year was a little challenging for me. This has been a great place for me to learn many new things, from developing strategies for project implementation to managing teams more effectively and improving client communications. I now know how to manage and carry out complicated incentive plans. I have successfully managed multiple projects ensuring that they were all completed on time. Among rising project demands, I learned how to efficiently manage my time and responsibilities. I pushed strong time management techniques into practice, prioritized work, made realistic goals, and assigned duties to get the project done on time. And now, I understand how to manage and implement complex incentive programs along with team management to complete projects on deadline and with more precision." #WorkAnniversary #EmployeeAppreciation #TeamWork #CompanyValues #MilestoneCelebration #AppreciationPost #EmployeeRecognition

🌟A Journey of Growth and Balance 🌟 Two years ago today, I took my first step into the corporate world as an HR — and what a ride it has been! From Day 1, I had no idea what was ahead, but looking back, every single moment — the challenges, the learning, the tough days, and the victories — has shaped me into who I am today. In these two years, I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible: - How to juggle the demands of both personal and professional life ⚖️ - How to embrace the tough moments and use them as stepping stones 💪 - How to celebrate even the smallest wins 🎉 It’s not just about the job; it’s about building resilience, learning from every experience, and growing with a team that pushes you to be your best. The highs, the lows, the lessons — they’ve all made me stronger, and I’m grateful for every part of this journey. But what truly made this journey special are the incredible colleagues and managers I’ve had the privilege to work with. Your unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement have been invaluable. Forever thankful to Priyanka Singh for being my constant source of motivation and inspiration. 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫! 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭, No matter where you are, what are you doing. Know that all that is happening to you in life is happening for you, not to you. Once you accept this, you’ll be on your way to having a successful career. Here’s to 2 years of learning, adapting, and thriving. The journey is far from over, and I’m more excited than ever for what’s to come. 🚀 #2Years #GrowthJourney #CorporateLife #Balance #Gratitude #HRLife

Today was my last day working at Yogosha, I was made redundant straight out of my onboarding process, just in time to celebrate my birthday this weekend. I am grateful for the time I spent there, the things I've learned, and the wonderful people I've met, but I guess it was not meant to be, as something bigger is in store for me. So, - hint hint - if you want to hire a Wonder Woman think fast! :) This week for example I had an amazing chance to perform a #pentest as a part of the #recruitment process and it was just the most satisfying experience yet. I had so much fun investigating and finding new flaws that felt like Easter Eggs. This was an important reminder of why I love this, and why I chose this path in life. This is the way, this is my spark. I belong here. New day, a new challenge, that's so exciting to know there are so many open doors with amazing experiences, people, and lessons behind them and my heart is so open to start somewhere completely new. A fresh start is what I need right now, yes. In the meantime, I am starting something on my account. The date is set, and it's about time to just go and say: OK, Day one - 1st of July. I was waiting for the perfect moment to start this for the last 2 years, but the moment is never right, and never perfect. I might as well start, and figure things out as I go. Put my money where my mouth is, because I have been sharing a lot of motivation in here, but not taking a lot of action. Well, there is a reason for that, as I was burned out of my mind after leaving Accenture, and had to center myself. I am happy I did, I missed me. But now is the time to take action, so let's gooooooooooooooo! Let the content flow. "Think you can stop what we do? I doubt it We got the energy we'll tell you all about it I searched for my spark and I found it (points at Pentesting) It's my passion and I couldn't live without it (no) You can do it like we do it don't doubt it (go) Any obstacle we find a way around it If you're proud of who you are and what you do, SHOUT IT!" https://lnkd.in/dRZSkExf #nevergiveup #learningeveryday #newbeginnings #challenge #growthmindset #lifeisajourney #spark #hacker #pentester #redteam #creativity #letthecontentflow

🌟 Our Team Building Extravaganza at Prestige Tech Park! 🌟 Today, our team at Genpact had the pleasure of organizing a fantastic team building event right here at our new office in Prestige Tech Park. It was an absolute blast, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share the experience with all. Team activities like these aren't just about having fun (though there was plenty of that!). They play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and building a strong, cohesive team. Here are just a few benefits we experienced firsthand: Enhanced Communication: Through various team challenges, we practiced effective communication skills, learning to listen to each other and articulate our ideas clearly. These skills are invaluable in our day-to-day collaboration and problem-solving. Increased Trust and Collaboration: As we tackled obstacles together, we built trust in each other's abilities and learned the power of collaboration. Knowing that we can rely on one another strengthens our team dynamic and allows us to achieve remarkable results. Boosted Morale and Motivation: Taking a break from our regular tasks to engage in fun activities injected a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm into our team. It's amazing what a little friendly competition and laughter can do to lift spirits and recharge motivation. At Genpact, we understand the importance of nurturing a positive and supportive work culture. That's why we make it a priority to organize team events like this one regularly. These activities not only bring us closer together as colleagues but also remind us that we're part of a larger Genpact family where every voice matters. A huge shoutout to everyone who contributed to making our team building event a resounding success! Let's carry this momentum forward as we continue to collaborate, innovate, and achieve greatness together. Here's to many more unforgettable moments ahead! #TeamBuilding #Genpact #PrestigeTechPark #teamactivity

And just like that yesterday I completed 13 years of my career and finally entering the 14th year. When I started back on 26th July 2011 I still remember when I used to meet people and they would mention we have been working for 15 years and 20 years , my heart used to always get little scared that will I be able to make it so long without any career breaks or without any fluctuations. And today after 13 years , 2 organisations changed , 1 geographical location changed it has been a beautiful journey so far and I have discovered my passion for people and sales and fueling it everyday as time passes by. Some key points I would like to share which I learnt over the years 1) There is no substitute to hard work. Shortcuts never work. 2) Always work on creating your own brand image irrespective of the brand you are associated with. Your image which you want people to remember you with. 3) Learn everyday. Learning never stops and we can learn from everyone around us. 4) Be inquisitive to yourself. 5) Customer is your top most priority always. We are in business because of our customers. 6) You are a leader in disguise always. Title doesn’t matter. Just behave like one. 7) Patience is the key to success. 8) Even if you are in sales for long time , diversify your product and your location. You will enjoy it more. 9) Always remember which ever role you are in , every action of yours can create impact. Be careful , cautious and responsible. Last but not the least , to all the young women who are pursuing sales , keep going , it just gets better and better with time. P.S This pic is close to my heart clicked in Nov 2011 where I had finally completed the design and commissioning of my first SPM. #careermilestones #womeninsales #leadershipgoals Celebrating my work anniversary. Feeling thankful for this #workmilestone

Five to six years ago, I was fortunate enough to work alongside a group of incredible individuals who weren’t just colleagues—they were friends, mentors, and teammates. We shared more than just work deadlines; we shared meals, celebrated birthdays, and let loose at after-work parties. We supported each other during challenging projects, and we learned from each other every single day. Back then, it felt like we’d be a part of each other’s lives forever. The bond we built seemed unbreakable, the laughter echoing through the halls as we navigated our shared experiences together. Yet, as time moves forward, people change, and life takes us in different directions. Some have moved to new cities, new jobs, and new adventures—while others, like me, have continued on their own paths. Today, most of us are no longer in touch the way we used to be. But even as the distance between us grows, I carry with me the lessons, the laughter, and the moments we shared. What I’ve learned is that, while connections may fade over time, the impact people have on your life does not. The lessons they taught me—whether it was about perseverance, collaboration, or simply enjoying the small moments—remain as part of my journey. Life goes on, and we continue to evolve, but the memories we create and the Wisdom we gain from each other never truly leave. Those years with them were a chapter that helped shape who I am today. And although our paths may have diverged, I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared. To all my old colleagues—wherever life has taken you, thank you for the lessons, the laughter, and the growth. Here’s to the memories, the friendships, and the journeys that will continue, even if they take us in different directions. Happy Monday, y'all! I hope everyone had an enjoyable & restful weekend. 💖 If you have ever worked with me as a candidate, you know that EVERY STEP of the way I tell you to Celebrate Yourself!!! We frequently get caught up in whatever we have going - which makes it Really easy to forget to celebrate the wins as they come in... So, I've decided to take my own advice & CELEBRATE MYSELF, because last week marked ONE incredible year at, Work With Your Handz! 🥳💖🥳 To my fellow recruiters out there, I think we can all agree these last couple of years have been TOUGH. Navigating challenges, adapting to changes, and pushing through uncertain times - it hasn't been easy. 😮💨 Like I said - sometimes it’s easy to forget to acknowledge our own achievements, but it’s so important to be your own biggest cheerleader! Every small step forward, every candidate placed, every partnership built - those are all reasons to celebrate!!! 🎉 Remember, motivation doesn’t always come from outside... It comes from within - knowing that you’ve worked hard and that you are capable of so much more. 💪🏆 Whether it’s the start of your journey or you’ve been at it for years - take a moment to celebrate YOU and all that you’ve accomplished!! 💞 Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and thriving! 🚀✨ #RedheadRecruiter #MotivationMonday #WorkWithYourHandz #SkilledTradesRecruiter #TalentAcquisition #StrategicPartner #CareerCoach #CareerCoaching #CareerGrowth #SkilledTradesJobs #ServiceManagerJobs #PlumberJobs #HVACJobs #ElectricianJobs #ImHiring #WereHiring #JobSeekerSupport #ChaseHappiness #CelebrateYourWins #OneYearStrong #Workiversary #RecruiterLife #BeYourOwnCheerleader #PositivityCheerleader

Company culture is the lifeblood of Success... Looking back on my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of companies, from public to privately owned, from small to big across industries. 👉🏽 What's become clear to me is that a strong company culture is not just about the values printed everywhere. 👉🏽 It's about the traits that bring out the best in us, that energize us, that make us want to give our all. ➡️ These are the traits that make us look forward to every workday, that make us feel like we're part of something bigger. ➡️ It's these traits that make us feel valued, trusted, and empowered. In my experience, there are eight signs of a strong company culture: 1. People can make mistakes. 2. People have high levels of trust. 3. People celebrate each other's wins 4. People have a sense of team effort. 5. People have authority in their roles. 6. People have room to try new things. 7. People feel comfortable asking for help. 8. People can express their honest opinions. ⬆️ These signs are more than just a list of values ⬇️ ▶️ They are a shared set of beliefs, attitudes, standards, and behaviors. ▶️ They are the unwritten rules that guide our actions and decisions. ▶️ They are the sum total of everything we think, say, and do. I have been blessed to experience this strong company culture at Nando's. 👉🏽 It's a place where everyone is encouraged to bring their best selves to work, where these eight signs are not just evident, but celebrated.
