I’ll tell you a secret: I FREAKED OUT during 2020 lockdown when I was asked to move my corporate yoga class online. I thought it’d be awkward and I never thought we’d be able to get the same sense of connection and two-way communication as we did in person. It’s amazing how quickly we can adapt isn’t it? And oh my, it’s convenient to teach/practice without leaving your house! It saves travel time and costs, and is a perfect way to bring disbursed teams who work remotely a chance to come together, outside of endless zoom meetings. I’m a total convert! The sessions often feature interruptions from the postman and pets doing their best to sabotage, but we roll with it because that’s life and it’s good practice to take it as it comes.
