Axis Bank not able to locate Amitabh Chaudhry on social media your team is not able to read properly English and sending same replys again and again, Axis Bank ... Dil se looto Bank, have received your mail of denial of issuing Subh Aarambh scheme, I have the proof of your mailer along with a call recording of the Branch manager who is accepting it and acting clueless for this fraud incident. @Caesarpinto CaseId : 241126964958 is not closed

Axis Bank & Amitabh Chaudhry message replys in personal mail "We have already shared our considered stance" & on social media sorry for the inconvenience and our team is actively working to resolve your matter and will revert soon doesn't show the honestly in your fraud bank, Mr Sartaj Khan & Amitabh Chaudhry, You cannot change your stance from what you have shared in the mail body of my base trail mail details where Happy Ending is mentioned which is 12 EMI's waiver, same was discussed by Mr Manjunatha the then Branch manager and Anil the relationship manager in Whitefield Axis Branch office, Secondly the waiver is to be given because of your PNOs has confirmed it, because Axis bank has opened a office in the Builder's office with a banner of Axis Bank Approved project, and your Surveyors reports are faulty of completion of project in 2016, also Axis bank Approved phase was struck for 10 yrs now and the builder was giving swapping option in the same compound was not approved where families got possession yrs back and staying happily, based on all the points mentioned to your PNO he gave a waiver support which needs to be cleared as my overdue & penal charges Kindly appoint an official for resolving my matter ASAP

Subject: Urgent: Online Fraud Incident – Immediate Action Required Dear Amitabh Chaudhry (CEO) Axis Bank I am writing to report an online fraud involving my Axis Bank savings account at the Santacruz East branch on November 4, 2024. A significant amount was fraudulently debited without my involvement (e.g., sharing OTPs or clicking links). The handling of this matter by the branch staff, including Manager Atul Gharat and Operations Head Hemil Gaithonde, has been extremely unprofessional, adding to my distress. A service request (SR No. 241224616452) was raised only after a month on 24th Dec and then closed without investigation or explanation on 31st Dec. I urge Axis Bank to: 1. Investigate this incident thoroughly and trace the SBI account where the funds were transferred. 2. Enhance security measures to prevent such frauds and protect customer information. This matter has caused severe emotional and financial distress. I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure such incidents are prevented in the future.Pleas call 9004669468 and be courteous to discuss and resolve this issue Amitabh Chaudhry Axis Bank
