Some job openings will have less valuable submissions from professionals because they are less optimized. Do you know this⁉️ You have an opening that is common for remote and hybrid and you posted it on LinkedIn as Onsite... You will certainly get 1/8 of professionals click through to even see what more description you may have. My sincere recommendations to anyone hiring is "Optimize your job listings" because potential employees are also careful, especially the ones who know what is obtainable. The job market is now global! 🌍 Don't do less and expect to attract more!
