💥 Empowering the Next Generation: Coaching Young Innovators at the MercyTech Bootcamp 💥 It’s truly inspiring to witness the power of young minds coming together for a cause that transcends individual ambition! I am thrilled to share my experience as a facilitator and coach at the 34th ALINOV MercyTech Bootcamp focused on sustainable entrepreneurship, held at the Maison ALINOV in Tipaza from October 26 to 28, 2024. This unique event brought together 41 talented young innovators from prestigious institutions, including the École Nationale Polytechnique and the École Nationale Supérieure d'Intelligence Artificielle. It was incredible to see such diverse perspectives unite around a common goal: creating sustainable solutions to address critical water challenges. Over the course of three intensive days, I had the privilege of guiding participants through the essential steps of project development and pitch preparation. Together, we engaged in dynamic brainstorming sessions, collaborative team-building activities, and hands-on workshops where I shared strategies for effectively communicating their ideas. By the end of the bootcamp the participants had crafted seven innovative projects, each offering practical answers to pressing water issues. The final day culminated in an exciting Meetup MercyTech, where they showcased their ideas to a distinguished jury. I was proud to see how each team applied the techniques taught to deliver compelling pitches. The experience didn’t just end there; it marked a new beginning for these budding entrepreneurs. They will continue refining their business plans with the invaluable support of ALINOV experts, which sets the stage for real-world impact. It was rewarding to be part of such an impactful initiative that empowers young innovators to make tangible changes in our communities. Looking ahead, I encourage all aspiring coaches and mentors to consider participating in future bootcamps. The chance to guide the next generation of innovators in tackling pressing issues like environmental pollution and public health challenges is an experience unlike any other. ALINOV avec son partenaire Medafco, a organisé le 34ème Bootcamp ALINOV MercyTech de l’entrepreneuriat durable, à la Maison ALINOV,Tipaza du 26 au 28 octobre 2024. Ce Bootcamp dédié à l’eau, a rassemblé 41 jeunes porteurs de projets issus des grandes écoles et universités du pays dont l'École Nationale Polytechnique, l'École Nationale Supérieure d'Intelligence Artificielle, l'École Nationale Supérieure des Forêts de Khenchela, l’École Supérieure Nationale de l’Hydraulique, ainsi que les universités de Blida, de Boumerdès, de Béjaïa, de Sidi Bel Abbès, de Ghardaïa et de Béchar. Les participants ont travaillé, en équipes, pendant 3 jours pour élaborer des projets fournissant des solutions durables aux problématiques de l’eau. Les 7 projets ont été accompagnés par 03 facilitateurs et pitchés devant les membres du jury lors du Meetup MercyTech dédié à la discussion des solutions aux problématiques de l'eau. Après le Bootcamp, les participants finaliseront les plans d’affaires de leurs projets avec le soutien des experts et facilitateurs ALINOV.
