We are continuing to honor those co-workers who reached major milestones with us in 2024. Today we turn the spotlight on Mike Rohrmeier, a general superintendent who celebrated 40 years with us this year. Starting as a carpenter in 1983, Mike has worked on iconic projects like Arlington Cemetery, the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium, and Cincinnati’s Contemporary Arts Center. He’s all about the hard work — getting in the mud and coming home dirty every day. For Mike, Baker is family. One of his proudest projects, the Cincinnati Bengals stadium (now Paycor Stadium), came full circle: 30 years after his father-in-law helped build the original stadium, Mike and his son helped build its replacement. His advice? “Make the most of every opportunity Baker gives you.” #TheBakerWay #PeopleHonorGrit #YearsOfService #CareersInConstruction
