When the wishes of the VOCAL minority take over the well being of the Majority - we end up with dictatorship. Watch what happened with Bangla Desh and what will happen to United Kingdom. Dictatorship in a 'civilized/ democratic country can be simple as two tier policing. The same happens in a business when we start catering for ALL minorities - we end up with a lower standard. The basic rule in business is survival of the fittest. The businesses are not there as a charity - although charities are a business - so if you are of a 'special group' then set up a business for that group and be a success: BUT don't expect ALL businesses to cater for you.

39 children lost their lives in drowning-related incidents last year. That is 39 too many. We know learning to swim saves lives, yet thousands of WA children miss out each year leaving them at risk of drowning. You can help stop this. Royal Life Saving WA is raising money for their Swim and Survive Fund, which helps provide swimming lessons to children who are missing out. If you're in a position to do so, you can help by making a tax-deductible donation to the Fund: https://lnkd.in/ddu9ncuR #swimandsurvivefund #swimandsurvive #lifesavingwa

✨ Dream big, aim high, and watch the magic unfold! Having big dreams isn't just about wishful thinking - it's about setting ambitious goals and working tirelessly to turn them into reality. As we celebrate the power of dreaming big, let's also shine a spotlight on All Can Play, a charitable organization dedicated to making children's dreams come true. They generously donate money to families in Ontario who may struggle financially to support their children's participation in sports, music or dance programs. So don't be afraid to dream big and chase after your aspirations with all of your heart. ❤️ Whether it's scoring the winning goal, hitting the high note, or mastering the dance routine, every dream is within reach when you believe in yourself and work hard to make it happen. #dreambig #makeithappen #allcanplay #opportunityforall #nonprofit

ICYMI: ReSurge was highlighted as one of the best charities helping burn victims in Impactful Ninja's 2024 listing of "9 Best Charities That Help Burn Victims." "Internationally, low- and middle-income countries suffer over 180,000 burn-related deaths annually, many of which could be avoided with timely access to quality care. Teamwork and leadership shine through in this clip from Sunday's SoccerAid match. Whether you're a football fan or not, it's a moment worth celebrating. To me, it exemplifies the power of Clarity of Direction and Resilient Decision Making, epitomised by Frank Lampard and his team working together to achieve results. In life, seizing opportunities is crucial, which is exactly what Steven Bartlett did when he scored for England in Sunday's game - he's usually discussing goal setting in his professional capacity, this time it was all about goal getting! 🙌🏼🥰 Of course I can't not mention Lionesses legend Ellen White, becoming the first woman to ever score at SoccerAid, fantastic! Reinforcing the importance of a diverse team, each bringing different skills to the table. Discover more about how I leverage the Resilient Leaders Elements Framework and the elements mentioned earlier in my leadership development programmes. Visit www.tlrdynamics.co.uk and follow TLRdynamics to see how we can unlock your team's full potential through resilient leadership. #resilientleadership #leadershipdevelopment #teamwork

Do you make gift aid charitable donations and pay higher rates of tax? If so, it is worth remembering that any donations made before 5 April will see you receive the benefit much sooner than ones made just after. So if you have someone that you've been meaning to sponsor, if you do this before 5 April you will see a reduction in your tax bill in January 2025, whereas if you make this payment on 6 April you won't see the benefit until January 2026. https://buff.ly/2MRNGo0 #SelfAssessment #Donations
