🚨 Attention Small Business Owners! 🚨 With open enrollment on the horizon, now is the perfect opportunity to take a closer look at your current health insurance plans. ACA Marketplace plans tend to increase by around 8-10% annually, which can gradually drive up your expenses and cause unnecessary financial pressure. By comparison, Private Underwritten Plans often see only a 1-3% yearly increase in premiums, a small difference that can lead to significant savings over time. With BOSS Health Insurance, you also benefit from: ✅ Flexible coverage tailored to your unique business needs ✅ 100% Tax-Deductible options to maximize business savings ✅ Nationwide PPO Networks, offering your employees greater flexibility in choosing providers. ✅ Customizable plans, so you only pay for what you need and want. ✅ Plans that can help with Employee Retention by offering affordable and valuable benefits. If you haven’t reviewed your health plan in a while, now is a great time to take another look as enrollment season begins. I’m here to offer a complimentary review as simply a chance to explore potential savings and policy options that could benefit both your business and your team. For any and all questions, comments, or guidance please don't hesitate to reach out and connect! #OpenEnrollment #HealthInsurance #SmallBusiness #EmployeeRetention

Open enrollment is coming up. The best time for businesses to navigate health insurance and make affordable choices. Considerations include: 1. Know the metal tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These categories determine cost, not care quality. 2. Understand your total costs: You'll pay a premium monthly, plus out-of-pocket expenses like deductibles when you receive care. 3. Explore plan types: HMO, PPO, POS, and EPO plans vary in provider choice and costs. Choose a plan that suits your business needs. A new option: Consider discount plans: These can lower your overall health expenses while providing essential coverage. https://lnkd.in/eyKfjNyY

It's the time of year when many employers start having benefit open enrollment meetings. No doubt for many, insurance premium costs will be rising and at least a portion of that cost will be passed onto you. If you have access to an employer plan and a spouse/partner's plan you should always compare the plan benefits and costs, especially at renewal. If your employer offers multiple plan options there are three main considerations: 1: What you can afford to have deducted from your paycheck 2: What you can afford to pay if you actually need to use your benefits 3: Network restrictions: is your doctor in-network? If you have college students on your plan will the plan you select cover where they live? If you are on a COBRA plan your previous employer still must notify you of any changes in premiums or plan design. Just remember you can also shop on the Healthcare Exchange at Healthcare.gov and will most likely find a less expensive plan option. If you need any assistance sorting it all out, feel free to reach out to me for some help. I speak insurance and have some free time on my hands.
