National Inclusion Week 2024 is taking place from the 23rd - 29th of September. This week is dedicated to celebrating inclusion and encouraging actions that create more inclusive environments in workpalces and communities. The reality is that we all stand to gain by creating a diverse and inclusive environment. Organisations who embrace different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences; foster innovation, better decision-making, enhanced profitability and sustainable growth. It's not just the ‘right’ thing to do - it's the smart thing to do for your people, yoru clients and your business. This year's theme is Impact Matters which emphasises the importance of understanding, identifying and measuring the impact of our actions on marginalised groups.
