But what happens is those same people fail to reverse engineer the actual activities and habits that will make those big goals happen. Oftentimes I see those same people overwhelmed. Trying to do everything, all at once. But what I’ve found is that too often people are causing themselves to be overwhelmed because they aren’t completely CLEAR on exactly what they want. It’s EXTREMELY important to reverse engineer the core activities that are in alignment with exactly what YOU want. It’s not going to be easy. But YOU will have to start saying NO to the things that aren’t in alignment with what YOU want. The more clear YOU get, the easier it will be to truly focus on the things that matter and say NO to the things that don’t. Once YOU have this figured out. LOCK IN to those activities EVERY DAMN DAY! THIS is what I mean when I say WIN THE DAY. www.BenNewmanCoaching.com

Successful people don't dive into their day haphazardly. They PLAN for success. (and so can you) Organize your time first → then own it. To turn your hectic days into productive peace, try creating these habits: 1. Organize a clear to-do list as your guide. 2. Set your top 3 priorities: these are your focus areas. 3. Create specific time blocks for these tasks. 4. Review nightly for 10 mins to improve tomorrow. Start controlling your days to maximize your peace of mind. No high achiever got there on a whim. They all had a clear strategy each day.

I'm obsessed with this concept: The Chaotic Path of Improvement 50% of days you'll feel above average. 50% of days you'll feel below average. This is just how averages work. On the bad days, just remember: Bad days are inevitable. You're not doing anything wrong. The goal is to slowly improve the baseline average so that with time what now is a bad day would've once been considered a good day. This is called the Chaotic Path of Improvement. Here's 4 habits I've found to slowly improve the quality of my days: 1. Define Winning The Day 2. Wake Up With A Win 3. Do the Hardest Things first 4. Review the Day *** Want to learn more about these habits? I write about it in my weekly self improvement newsletter (link in bio) Follow Evan Wang For More.

Have you ever tried, you keep putting in your best but it seems it isn't working... It's frustrating to keep putting in the effort and not see the results you want. Here are some things you can do to get past this and back on track: Re-evaluate your approach: Are you using the most effective methods? Sometimes we get stuck in routines that aren't delivering. Research new techniques or seek advice from someone who has achieved what you're aiming for. Check your goals: Are they clear and measurable? Vague goals can make it hard to track progress and lead to discouragement. Make sure your goals are specific, actionable, and have a defined timeframe. Consider external factors: Are there outside forces hindering your progress? Maybe you need more resources, or there might be unexpected obstacles you haven't considered. Take a break: Sometimes a fresh perspective is all it takes. Step away from the problem for a while and come back to it later with renewed focus. Celebrate small wins: Focus on the progress you have made, not just the final destination. Acknowledge and celebrate even small milestones to stay motivated. Refocus on the "why": Remind yourself why this is important to you. Reconnecting with your initial motivation can reignite your passion and perseverance. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't be afraid to seek help. Talk to a mentor, friend, or therapist for guidance and support. Remember, even successful people face setbacks. It's all about how you learn from them and keep moving forward. I am DORIS EGBUJOR let me help you secure and retain your customer base.

Ever feel you are stuck or cannot get passed a barrier? Here are some sample clarifying questions to ask, if you find you are ‘stuck’; ASK: • What is important? • What really matters? • What have you learned? • If there was one thing? Remember you are not really stuck, it just means something isn’t clear for you to move forward.

Sounds simple, but only the top 1% do it. You should try it. Eliminate every activity that is misaligned with what you're trying to achieve. Sounds easy, right? Yet only a few people do it. That's one of the reasons why so many people are so busy yet are nowhere close to achieving their goals. And that's not because they do nothing. But because with every misaligned activity we engage in, we take 5 steps backward. However, before you can effectively eliminate those activities that derail you... You must be really clear on what you want to achieve in the first place. Get clear on what you want to achieve and the activities that would get you there, then eliminate the nonessentials. Clarity = speed of outcome. P.S. How do you ensure your daily activities align with your goals?
