Sounds simple, but only the top 1% do it. You should try it. Eliminate every activity that is misaligned with what you're trying to achieve. Sounds easy, right? Yet only a few people do it. That's one of the reasons why so many people are so busy yet are nowhere close to achieving their goals. And that's not because they do nothing. But because with every misaligned activity we engage in, we take 5 steps backward. However, before you can effectively eliminate those activities that derail you... You must be really clear on what you want to achieve in the first place. Get clear on what you want to achieve and the activities that would get you there, then eliminate the nonessentials.
