Prime Day 2024: Amazon continues to blow past expectations year after year. 2024 for our accounts overall: - accounts that did zero for prime day: 1.5x - 3x lift just from traffic. This was better than expected. - accounts that ran promotions: 3x-15x lifts. Many more accounts achieved 8x lifts or more than in the past. - profit retention was better than in years past, discounts were there, but lowered ACoS and TACoS helped offset that more than in the past. Best win: - Single ASIN account had its FBA offer (and promos) removed until 5pm Day One. Still hit 7x average daily sales day one and 8x on day two. What did everyone else experience?

⚠️ Amazon Prime Spain: Where’s the Next-Day Delivery Promise? Amazon Prime Spain claims next-day or two-day delivery, but lately, it feels like nothing more than a tactic to lure customers in. I recently ordered multiple items labelled for "next-day" delivery, only to see the timeline change to over a week after payment. And Amazon’s solution? Support advised me to cancel the whole order and re-purchase each item individually. Seriously? This not only makes life harder for customers but also completely undermines the convenience Prime is supposed to provide. The bottom line? Prime’s reliability is slipping, and customers are paying the price—both in money and wasted time. Amazon, it’s time to be transparent. Stick to your promises or be upfront about delays. Your customers deserve better. #CustomerExperience #AmazonPrime #Accountability

🚀 Amazon's New Policy on Negative Balances! 🚀 Amazon is making a major change to its billing practices on June 20, 2024. Here's what you need to know about how it might affect your business.👇 From this date, Amazon will automatically charge your credit card once per day if your account balance is negative. This is a proactive measure to address high negative balances as soon as possible so that we can continue to provide seamless service to all customers. There is a potential drawback to this: if the charge attempt fails ( for example, if your credit card has expired or you don't have enough funds in your account), your ability to ship MCF orders may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully received. 🛠️ What You Need to Know: Daily Charges: Automatic daily billing for negative balances. Service Reliability: Ensures uninterrupted service. Suspension Risk: Temporary suspension of MCF shipping for failed payments. Amazon Drops a Fee Bombshell (The Good Kind): Finally, a reason to celebrate early! Unlike the relentless fee hikes we’ve endured, Amazon just announced it’s hitting pause on increasing selling fees for 2025. No new fees either—cue the sigh of relief. 😅 1. No fee hikes—finally a breather! 2. Lower fees for bulky items starting Jan 15. 3. Free waivers for select FBA ASINs in Q1. Sure, it’s a step in the right direction, But let’s be real—sellers are still asking for better support, not just lower fees. Sell on Amazon, are you listening? P.S. What’s your take on these changes? #AmazonSellers #EcommerceUpdates #BetterTogether

Amazon Prime Day is here (yay!). But for #courier, #lastmile and #delivery operators, the real challenge is not to decide what to buy, it is how to deliver at scale. Disappointed with Amazon's Service! I’ve been an Amazon Prime customer for years, but this experience has left me really frustrated. 😞 I ordered the Dreame D10s Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo on 14th October with a promised delivery date of 15th October. However, the delivery was postponed to 19th October, and despite that, I still didn't receive the product. I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, but it has been a complete hassle. I’ve called customer care 3 times, and they promised the refund would be processed in 48 hours, but nothing has happened. They keep telling me the issue is on the seller's end – but I bought the product from Amazon, not the seller directly! Now, I'm stuck, with no product and no refund, while my credit card EMI starts next month. 😡 Amazon, your service has seriously let me down this time. If the issue isn't resolved soon, I will have to reconsider my loyalty to the platform. This is not the kind of service we expect from a company of your reputation! #Amazon #CustomerExperience #Disappointed #PoorService #AmazonPrime #Refund #CustomerSupport Jeff Bezos Amazon Business Amazon Pay

#Amazon your systems are getting worse day by day. today I ordered 12 items from fresh. The order had only 11 items but the invoice was still for 12 items. I asked the delivery guy to give me scan for revised price but he said he does not have that facility and that I have to pay the full amount. I refused and returned the entire order. then I called the customer service and his solution was that a) he is resending the order. I was happy as I needed the items b) that I pay the full amount. I didn't know how to react c) after doing that I should again call amazon customer service, and d) they will give me a refund. I said thank-you, I will order from other quick commerce providers as I don't want to get into this loop of calling multiple times. I have already called once and if you can't provide a solution other than what I am complaining about then just be honest and say we have no solution. what is the meaning of asking the customer to do exactly what they didn't want to do and make them call multiple times??? #amazoncustomerservice

Amazon Tip #2, Don't do Amazon Vendor! It's a Joke. With Amazon kicking sellers off of Vendor Central the process of moving to seller central isn't easy. We've done this transition dozens of times and we know what to watch out for. Give us a call and we'll outline our gameplan for a success transition. Full Vendor Central Access Granted to BLAZON -> If you've had a Vendor Central account, we want access to the account to remove retail contributions, reimburse money back to you, and complete the process for moving over to seller central. Having permission to Vendor Central as well as Seller allows us to remove retail contributions from listings in order to fix potential major issues.

🚨 Important Update for Amazon Sellers 🚨 Starting January 7, the Prime Exclusive Discount tool will be retired, and Amazon will be transitioning to a new tool called Price Discount. This new tool will work similarly to the Prime Exclusive Discount, allowing sellers to offer discounts to Prime members directly. The Price Discount tool will streamline the process, but it's important to familiarize yourself with it before the January 7 deadline to ensure no disruptions in your discount offerings. Stay ahead and start using the new Price Discount tool now to continue providing great deals for your Prime customers! 💡 Prime account holders can grant access to the new *Price Discount* tool to their secondary users through the *Global Settings*. #AmazonSellers #PrimeExclusiveDiscount #PriceDiscount #AmazonUpdates #SellerCentral
