The future of the PLL and lacrosse as a whole is very bright! Why because of its LEADERSHIP. What Paul Rabil and his brother Mike have done building the PLL from the ground up in a few short years is putting the sports/business world on notice. Where I believe their leadership has exceled, is their agility (which he even mentions in one of the clips) and taking creative risks to think differently and draw attention to a non-traditional property, bringing it into the mainstream. As a fan of the sport, sure it's easy for me to watch/engage.
