The Better Challenge was a day to remember! 🏆🤼♀️ This fun-filled event brought together our entire Better Tax Relief team for friendly competitions, strategic games, and fantastic prizes. It wasn’t just about the excitement—it was about uniting our C-suite, business operations, and tax experts to foster stronger connections and collaboration. Stepping outside our day-to-day roles gave us the chance to build teamwork and reinforce the unity that drives our success. We even had The Habit Food Truck to keep our competitors fueled! 🍔🚚 A huge shoutout to our Employee Engagement Committee and everyone who helped make this event a success! There are definitely pros and cons to this. It allows for work/life balance, maybe higher productivity and reduced stress/burnout for sure. However, theres a decrease in income (with inflation 😮 ), scheduling challenges as well as a huge impact on businesses financially. Not sure if we are ready for this, unless they lower groceries, rent/mortgages, etc.....Not sure if the benefit outweighs the cost.
