Having two kids under 4 has been a challenge. But recently, I realised I can learn a lot from them. Here are a few things that put me into the right perspective and showed me the silver lining: ➡️Forgive and Forget: They forgive easily. No hard feelings, no regret. ➡️Simple Joys: They enjoy the littlest things. Give them a spatula, and they'll play with it like madness. ➡️Knowing Priorities: They know who is important in their world. They don't care about the rest of the world. ➡️Kindness: They show kindness like no one else. They are always ready to help. ➡️Quick Learners: They learn quickly and face challenges well. They don't panic easily. ➡️Focus: They has this unbeatable focus when they are doing what they love, such as drawing or solving puzzles. Ever since I started noticing this, I've seen how much I can learn from them. Applying these practices to my personal and professional life can make my journey easier. It's crazy how a few years olds can each you so much. Warning: I had to find this perspective for my sanity. Don't fall prey to this trap—they are still a pain in my a** most of the time. 😅 #Parenting #LifeLessons #PersonalGrowth #WorkLifeBalance

What makes you happy? We wanted #children to understand happiness as something they feel but also to recognize the situations that spark it. By identifying the circumstances that bring joy, children realised that #happiness is something we can actively cultivate. In a recent #workshop, we delved into this very question. One child beautifully captured the essence of the discussion by drawing a picture with a central circle labeled happiness, surrounded by smaller circles labelled #emotion, #confidence, choice, winning a match, #feeling, and when we do something right. The takeaway from this workshop was clear: happiness isn't just about waiting for a good feeling to happen—it’s about recognizing the moments that spark it and understanding we have the power to create those moments. @cecesorensencoaching ・・・ Unlearning is a radical act of love. 💗 It’s the process of shedding old patterns, beliefs, and habits that no longer serve us—so we can step into a way of being that aligns with our conscious desires. When we choose to unlearn, we don’t just grow; we create an environment where our children can thrive, free from the weight of generational cycles and outdated systems. 💫 Transformation starts with us. What’s one thing you’re unlearning right now? #consciousparenting #cecesorensencoaching #becomingconscious #empoweredparenting

✨ Day 33 Reflection: It's Okay to Have an "Okay" Day ✨ Today was one of those exhausting days—not because anything went wrong, but simply because it was tiring. And that's my reflection: it's okay to admit that some days are just okay. We don’t have to feel amazing about every single day, and being tired doesn’t mean we’ve done something wrong. As educators, it's important to acknowledge that not every day will be perfect, and that’s perfectly fine. Rest and recharge when you need it. 💪 #TeachingReflection #SelfCareInEducation #BalanceInTeaching #EducationLife #MentalHealthMatters #TeacherWellbeing #IDEAil

A teacher handed each student a balloon, asking them to inflate it, write their name on it, and throw it into the courtyard. Once all the balloons were mixed, the teacher gave the students five minutes to find their own balloon. Despite their efforts, no one found their balloon. Then, the teacher suggested a new approach: each student should pick up the first balloon they came across and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within five minutes, everyone had their own balloon. The teacher then shared a valuable lesson: “These balloons are like happiness. If we all search only for our own happiness, we may never find it. But if we care about others’ happiness, we’ll discover our own as well.” May your day be filled with happiness and the joy of helping others. #LifeLessons #Happiness #GivingBack #CommunityCare #EmpathyMatters #Kindness #Inspiration #PersonalGrowth #EmotionalIntelligence #HelpingOthers #Leadership #Selflessness #PositiveMindset #FindHappiness #SupportEachOther #TeamBuilding #LifePurpose #GrowthMindset #MindfulLiving #SuccessPrinciples #TeachingMoments #SpreadJoy #LinkedInCommunity #SocialImpact #Positivity #codingBySahil #sahil #muhammadSahil

Ever considered learning from your kids? While we often see ourselves as their guides, children can be incredible #teachers. They approach life with pure joy, unfiltered emotions, and an endless curiosity that can be contagious. So I turned the table and attempted to learn from my kid. Here is what I discovered. 👉 Kids wear their emotions on their sleeves. Joy brings laughter, and sadness brings tears. We, as adults, often suppress these raw emotions. Maybe it's time to reconnect with our authentic selves. 👉 Kids are question machines, constantly exploring the world. They haven't learned to be self-conscious about their inquiries. We, on the other hand, lose that spark of #curiosity over time. Let's reignite the thirst for knowledge! We often don't realise that there is a lot they could be teaching us. It's a nudge to rediscover that spark of curiosity we might have lost along the way. It turns out that these little people hold big lessons. #Parenting #LifelongLearning #EmotionalIntelligence #Curiosity #PersonalGrowth #KidsAsTeachers

Let’s be real…how many times have you thought, ‘I’m totally messing this up as a mom’? But here’s the thing: even in those so-called mistakes, you’re teaching your kids something powerful. When you take a wrong turn, lose your cool, or feel like you’ve dropped the ball, you’re showing them what it looks like to be human. To grow. To learn. You’re teaching them self-compassion, resilience, and that it’s okay not to be perfect. Because life isn’t about always getting it right. It’s about those detours that teach us something unexpected—about ourselves and the people we’re raising. So, no, you don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up. The mistakes? They’re not failures—they’re lessons. For you and your kids. What’s one lesson you’ve learned through motherhood? Drop it below—I bet someone else needs to hear it. 💛 #ResilientLeadership #EmbracingImperfection #GrowthMindset #WorkLifeBalance #AuthenticMotherhood
