As we reach the midpoint of 2024, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the journey so far—celebrating achievements and learning from failures. *Achievements* Standup Comedy : Completed 4 performances. Each one was a unique experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone and honed my public speaking skills. Facilitated Leadership Camps: Had the privilege of facilitating leadership camps for Primary 6 and Secondary 3 students, helping young leaders discover their potential. Launched Crowdsense: Started my own consultancy, Crowdsense, to help organizations engage their stakeholders more effectively. It's been an exciting and fulfilling journey. *Lessons Learned* Tennis Retreat: Tried to organize a tennis retreat but only one person signed up. It was a humbling reminder of the importance of market research and understanding demand. Job Rejection: Faced rejection for a job I was excited about. It stung, but it also motivated me to keep improving and seeking new opportunities - that was how Crowdsense was born! Podcast Project: Stopped a podcast project halfway. Not entirely sure what will happen to it, but I learned not to let perfect be the enemy of good enough! Every success and setback has contributed to my growth and resilience. Here’s to continuing the journey with even more determination and learning in the second half of 2024. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Your support means the world to me.
